A business aviation giants and magnates get-together
It was AMS’ first exhibiting participation at the tradeshow and we are bringing back home plentiful valuable contacts. Kim Massie, Sales Director, Cédric Manuel-de-Condinguy, Project Manager & Trainer, Ralph Nozzi, Business Development Manager and Caroline Michaud, Marketing Coordinator, were all onsite to conquer the business aviation world and cover its many facets. The ‘’NBAA’s 2015 Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) brought together more than 27,000 key aviation contacts from around the world, including current and prospective business aircraft owners, manufacturers, suppliers and customers into one meeting place to get critical work accomplished.’’ – NBAA website
Dazzling and relentless Vegas
This year’s convention was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, located in the heart of Sin City. With a location like the Las Vegas Strip, we can’t omit to disclose the notorious sponsored happy hours and after-parties such as the Shell Aviation After party which took place at the House of Blues inside the Mandala Bay hotel. AMS also wishes to thank Export Québec and its collaborators to have granted its team a tour in the acclaimed ‘’High Roller’’ at the LINQ Hotel and for the networking opportunities. The ‘’High Roller’’ took our team on a larger than life Ferris wheel ride tour and allowed it to admire the bright, mythical and dreamy Las Vegas skyline.
Innovation meets elegance
The static displays in place at the Henderson Executive Airport, minutes south of the Las Vegas central business district, was the largest agglomeration of business aviation aircraft ever seen. The biggest name in manufacturing such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, Falcon Dassault, etc., went all out for the occasion and brought out their red carpet, their latest aircraft models and prototypes and champagne and luxury gifts were offered to the guests.
Booming visibility for AMS
AMS is well established across Canada and has been recognized as a prime software provider for over a decade. It was only a matter of time before the company thought of a master plan to gain brand awareness and acquire new clients south of the border. As of early 2015, AMS is determined to penetrate the US market and has put many strategies in place to achieve its objectives. Our team’s presence at the NBAA allowed us to meet with Business Aviation decision-makers and professionals face to face and increase AMS’ brand visibility.
Coming up in 2016, AMS’ core software will undergo major developments such as a database migration to MySQL 5.6 and it will also see its interface evolved and refreshed. These evolutions are part of larger scale project that aims to bring AMS’ solutions to new heights. Those advancements main focus will be to support general aviation and business aviation operators and MROs in the control and tracking of their maintenance operations and supply chain management by providing them with more tools and features to give them increased profitability.
If your company is based in the United States and you are looking to implement a new or improved maintenance management software, be sure to contact one of our representatives as we have many ongoing promotions specially targeted for your business model and portfolio!
